Our Harvest Market and Halloween Bash generally takes place in late October.

Thank you for your interest in becoming a vendor in the Sugar House Farmers Market, a gathering place for local farmers, backyard growers, food purveyors, artists, and community! Each vendor is screened with a goal of creating a diverse marketplace with high quality locally produced products. Before applying, please thoroughly review our Vendor Handbook to ensure you meet the qualifications.

*If your nonprofit organization would like to host an activity for the duration of the market, there may be an opportunity for discounted or complimentary market fees. Please include details about the activity in your application in the Booth Description or Notes.

Application Process:

Step 1. Please read the Sugar House Vendor Handbook.

Step 2. Click APPLY HERE (below) to complete the form. Please include your application fee when submitting the application — applications are not considered to be complete without this. We encourage all local and regional farmers and growers to apply. We have additional limited space for other vendors and exhibitors. 

Step 3. If accepted, you will be sent an email notification with a separate link to pay your booth fee for the markets you requested. Booth fees must be paid within five calendar days of acceptance or your space may be released.
